Terms of Service

Last updated 10 October 2026

1. The service

Vantiqo is a cloud operations service provided by [Company legal name] ([Registered address]) ("we"). It monitors and helps operate the Amazon Web Services accounts, servers, websites and related services you connect to it ("your estate").

These terms apply to your organisation's workspace and to everyone you give access to it.

2. Your account

You keep your credentials secret, turn on two-factor sign-in for administrators, and tell us at once about any unauthorised use.

You are responsible for what your users do in your workspace, and for the AWS permissions you grant to Vantiqo. Actions Vantiqo takes in your AWS accounts are taken on your instruction (by your users, your settings or your automation rules).

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Vantiqo to access systems you aren't authorised to manage, to attack or probe third parties, or to break the law. Don't try to reach other customers' workspaces or to circumvent the service's security, quotas or billing.

4. Plans, fees and payment

Your plan sets the features, limits and included usage; usage above it is billed as shown in your workspace (Settings → Workspace & plan). Fees are invoiced monthly and due within the period on the invoice.

If an invoice stays unpaid after the grace period stated in it, we may suspend the workspace until it's paid; your data is kept during suspension.

5. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. You can export it at any time (Settings → Export your data).

6. Availability and support

We aim for the service to be continuously available, monitor it around the clock and back up every workspace nightly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service unless agreed in writing. Our staff access your workspace only when you open support access.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before it, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may end the service for material breach of these terms. On ending, you can export your data for 30 days; then the workspace and its encryption key are deleted, which makes any remaining copies unreadable.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update them with 30 days' notice to your workspace administrators.
